Just delivery for them. Fast unloading. I get there a little bit early. But I was help by friendly workers around 830am Closes truck stop is at a TA 25 min away. Or you can stay at their parking lot after hours.
Great dealership to work with! They had a great price on a used bike and it was well worth the 3 hour drive to do business here. I would go back in a heartbeat. They were very negotiable and courteous on price. I called to make and offer at 9am on Saturday and I was there by 2pm that afternoon to get my bike. Ask for Brandon Atwater, he is a great salesman! He was supportive and not pushy, did everything to make me feel valued and heard.
Had an incident on the highway. Called service department and explained I was doing a field repair and if they could get me in since I live so far away. Tristan said sure, come down safely. Made it there, they fixed me up and got me back on the road quickly and at a fair price. Tristan didn't know it, but I live 110 miles away and drive to Raleigh daily for cancer treatment. So getting back on the road quickly was huge. As someone who was in auto. Motive fixed ops for 20 years, sincerely, thank you.
Was the only dealer in 200 miles that had the bike I wanted in stock. I called, talked to Josh and confirmed they had the bike, settled on a price and drove out the next day to purchase it. Went to Sport Durst Powersports after seeing the exact motorcycle I was looking for listed on their web site.
