I went in for a oil change for my mother's car. She bought it in another state. They didn't hold it against us! Nicole found a coupon to apply, got the oil changed, and explained that the rear brakes had only 2mm left..! She was so kind and mindful of my time, she made sure I would leave in time to relieve the babysitter WITH THE CAR WASHED and SAFE! The last dealer I saw was in another state, (it definitely left me in another state), and this was the polar opposite experience. Do not think twice. These folks are great.
Top-tier experience at Sport Subaru South! The service was incredibly fast, taking less than an hour. My advisor communicated well every step of the way, and paying was a breeze. They did a great job washing and detailing the car before handing back the keys. Awesome work all around!
When I go in for service I just want that job done. That is exactly what I got and I was extremely pleased. I don't want to be pushed into services I didn't ask for and I don't want to be pushed into the sales floor. I was super pleased to see that Sport Subaru South isn't one of those dealerships. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience I have had with the service department at Sport Subaru South. Most importantly, she listens before she talks….a very important attribute to have..!! She is an asset to your dealership, and you need her to train others in the service and sales department..!!
