3 years ago, I used Spring Carpets (Tomball location) to install some carpet in my home. Last Friday, I awoke to my living room carpet completely soaking wet due to my water heater having leaked. I went into the Tomball location and was greeted immediately with a smile. I arrived there at 4:45 PM (keep in mind this was on a Friday) and they installed my new carpet Saturday @ 10 AM. Met with David at Tomball location, all was sweet and promises initially. Yet when problems arose he showed his true personality - rude and dismissive. I guess his store does soooo much business he tends to forget he is in a customer service career and that it his job to please the customer. Beware of good old southern boy mentality.
Sent an illegal alien and a 15 YEAR OLD CHILD to our house to install a floor. (I was out of town or I would have stopped them right there.) They made us wait three weeks before they sent a different installer to fix the mess.New installer filled house with carcenigenic dust.NO DUST CONTROL when demolishing the botched floor.
