Switched from TruGreen to Spring Green and it was the best decision I made for our lawn. Our house is only 6 years old and it was tough getting our lawn established. Since switching two years ago it has improved so much.
Not happy with a conversation I just had with Spring-Green. Last year I paid for service and aeration with over-seeding. Due to my lawn not looking much better after an entire season I paid another company this year. Apparently Spring-Green came to my house and treated the lawn without telling me they were coming and left a bill. John the owner of this Spring Green truly stands for quality and takes pride in the work that he does. John came up with a proactive innovative plan to better my lawn and worked with me to achieve a golf course like result. John also took the time to explain every step and answer all of our questions and concerns through this process of revitalizing our lawn. This is the first year that I have used Spring Green. Have used various similar services in the past. I can say I have been surprised by how good our front and back yards look. They call ahead before they come, come when they say they're coming and do a professionall job. Their tech is great. I find their pricing to be competetive, customer service is great and will continue to use them.
We have lived in Newark for 28 years at our current location and have tried several lawn services over those years, including one man operations and national, well-known franchises, which I won't mention by name. A few years ago we started with Spring Green Lawn Care, and our lawn has never looked better! We can recommend Spring Green without reservation for its service, attention to detail, costs and, most importantly, results.
