I’ve been using Spring Green for about 5 years and my grass is so beautiful! It’s dormant right now due to winter so I can’t wait for spring and grass.. Dennis did a great job in serving my lawn yesterday. He was so kind and answered questions about a trouble area at the edge of the lawn and was sure to treat it, giving it special attention to help resolve the issue. It was a pleasure meeting Dennis and I look forward to continuing my service with Spring Green.

I like that I’m notified that they will be coming to treat my yard the next day. I don’t have pets but it just helps knowing what to expect. During the months when I’m mowing, I wish I had a few days notice so that I’m not needing to mow when the yard gets treated. I like that they aren’t pushy about the different services they offer but they do make you aware of them. I like to pay for the year in advance so that I can get a small discount.

Dennis showed up in the morning, rang the doorbell to announce himself and introduced himself and told me what his plan of action was. I had a dog in the back yard at the time. He told me he’d start in the front to give me time to get the dog inside. Then he said if the dog needed to go back out before the lawn treatment was dry to be sure to clean her paws when she came back in. He said after the lawn dries she’ll be good to go. Overall a great and professional experience.

Dennis was outstanding. He is kind, respectful and responsive. I appreciate that he wants to treat our yard as if it were his. It’s nice to know he is dedicated to customer based outcomes. Thank you for sending him.

Dennis was awesome. 1st visit. Listened to expectations well and provided excellent feedback. I look forward to him getting the yard in order that Barefoot Mosquito dropped the ball on. Thanks Dennis!
