Liza was friendly, knowledgeable, asked me about any added services, very kind & nice to meet!! Great friendly local small business. The previous technician Brock was also very kind & helpful. Good company from Monticello! Glad I found them...
I've used spring green for years and they have always provided great lawn care! Communication has been quick and they are so professional. My yard looks great!! Vince explains in detail everything he does and is very thorough!
I am sure that Brock did a great job. However, my son & were at home & neither of us saw or heard him. I was in my den, direct eye view to back yard. Never saw anyone. No bill at front door. Only a sign in the front yard stating that service was done.
Liza was here long enough for me to go out and talk to her and describe what I hoped would get treated and she took care to get it done. Much appreciated! I'm not confident that I got that kind of service from the other Spring Green employees that have been to my house.
Brock was awesome! He was receptive of walking property with me prior to him servicing it. He answered my questions/concerns thoroughly with great feedback. This great customer service by him was very much appreciated and should not go unnoticed.
