Decided to use a lawn service after many years of doing it all myself. Selected SpringGreen based on the professionalism and enthusiasm I received from day one. Yesterday was my first lawn service visit and I was not disappointed by the technician, Robert Rasberry. He totally explained the services he was providing and took time to answer all my questions and offer suggestions. Exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you SpringGreen. I believe I made the right decision.
Mr Earl was very professional. He sprayed the yard and shrubs paying attention especially to the shady areas where mosquitoes breed and collect. We have pets so keeping our back gate latched and chained is an important safety measure. He made sure he latched and chained the gate when he finished. He also avoided my birdfeeder on the ground. I noticed that and am grateful as I thought I would need to discard the seed but I could leave it for the wildlife when he finished. That extra care meant a lot to me.
Today's team was professional in their appearance and demeanor. They applied my first treatment of the 2026 season effectively and efficiently, and even used a leaf blower to move any overage from the sidewalks to the grass areas. Excellent customer service, as always. Thanks for another great start to the lawn care season.
Spring Green's Field Service Professional took the time to address my concerns related to some problematic areas of my lawn that was re-sodded last May. Mary is now familiar with the baseline so we can monitor the effectiveness of the treatments. Spring Green worked with me to accommodate my availability to consult with them prior to applying the first treatment. Everyone I have had contact with at Spring Green (Ryan, Mary, Laura) have been great.
Met Russell for the first time. Very personable young man. I'm a new customer so he had me show him lot lines. Also I've seeded a few spots and marked them off with posts and yellow tape and he confirmed to stay away from them. So far so good!! Thank you
