The staff was amazing! They worked very efficiently with my 5 year old daughter. She felt so comfortable there! It's a busy place, but I can definitely see why many, many parents take their child there! Glad to have gotten my child in there.
I would rate zero if I could. My daughter has an appointment for next Tuesday at 10:10 in the morning. I got a call at 9:00 this morning to confirm her appointment, and I could not answer or call back right away until 10:00 this morning. I also received a text at 9:00 this morning to confirm, and again I couldn't reply right away, and then I got another text at 10:00 saying my daughter's appointment was cancelled. My four year old son is autistic non verbal, it was his first time visiting a dentist. I love how even though he screaming and crying majority of the time because of his trauma with doctors, Lorenza the hygienist remained calm, would actually tell my son what she was doing,told me about a brush buddy tool to help me when brushing my son's teeth at home and after she was done I asked her if she could high give my son and she did. Amazing care and great customers service! Super patient and kind with my daughter. Explained everything for her and just made her feel super comfortable!
My son really enjoys going to this office. He never complains or cries when going there. Everyone is very friendly, kind and Helpful. This visit due to the pandemic my son went in with one of the girls all by himself. I was nervous about that Because he is only 4 but he did great. I attribute that to how great all their staff are with the children. The visit went well and he was a happy little camper when he came out. I wish all Dr offices were this pleasant.
