I couldnt get my email sent to whomever is in charge and the customer service is outsourced to people that reads from a script, so here goes. For context, I was told there will be a $250 cosmetic consultation fee, that can then be applied as credit to any procedure and $350 for the procedure. So I paid $350 at checkout. I have been coming to Spring Street Dermatology for several years. I always receive excellent care from Dr. Huizenga. I had the opportunity to speak with the Manager, Chloe today, to resolve a question that I had. She was very helpful, friendly and patient. The front desk associates are also excellent. The office runs on time which is great for everyone who is busy! I will continue to come back!
After they have been absorbed into scheiwer or whatever their overall service has gotten worse. Besides from the annoying fact that many has echoed, which is that the doctor would only address exactly 2 problems per visit. Now, their response time on Klara would take average 2-3 days. Honestly those are annoying but it’s not anything i can’t deal with. I rarely leave reviews but how this place has such a high rating is truly shocking. Every bill I get from here is 4x the price it would be anywhere else for medical procedures, my results were terrible, and their administration is so difficult to deal with, never answering phones, forgetting to send in prescriptions. This place is truly awful, go somewhere else.
This place was amazing over 10 years ago when DR Palep would actually see you as your doctor. Over the years she is seeing less patients and focusing on cosmetic procedures and it’s impossible to get an appointment with her. Also she now charges for ‘cosmetic consultations’, back then you can just go in for Botox or laser for allergies. Such a a shame a great doctors office that has gone hill with a bunch of new doctors not as qualified and a waste of my time.
