My first and so far only visit was very positive. The staff was most welcoming and helpful with the new patient forms which requests info that is beyond their need to know ie how many sexual Partners have you had—dermatology? The medical intake was in the exam room and appropriate and reassuring. The PA was somewhat robotic but who can blame her having to repeat important info several times a day.Her recitation covered important ways to recognize cancer including a mnemonic. My appointment was cancelled on the day of 3 times in a row. This place charges a $75 cancellation fee if you don’t let them know 48 hours in advance, but apparently that only works one way. They want you to consider their time, but they don’t consider yours. Also alwayyyys running late I usually wait for at least an hour.
I had a great experience with Dr. Nikhil Dhingra. His bedside manner was exceptional, and he communicated with a warm, empathetic tone that made me feel truly heard and understood. He demonstrated deep knowledge of my condition and took the time to explain the treatment plan clearly. I’ve just started the prescribed medication and will update this review in a couple of months to share the results. The overall office experience was also smooth and pleasant — efficient, well-organized, and welcoming.
I had a little emergency and decided to check out this dermatologist office that’s super close to my home. Since I didn’t have a dermatologist I could rely on, I thought I’d give it a shot! I was pleasantly surprised by how great the experience was—it exceeded all my expectations! Not only did they help me with my immediate issue, but I also found a fantastic dermatology office that I'll definitely keep in mind for the future.
Painless experience with Dr Kihiczak explaining everything quickly and thoroughly. I also want to thank the desk staff for being so kind about my card declining due to flagged payment, and waiting while I called my bank for approval. Thanks everyone ❤️🤭
