I left four stars, i don't reside but have been on the list since march of 2023, i was out of town when originally applied, the hotel i stayed at did not allow incoming mail so our mail was sent to a church, i got taken off the list for not receiving update letter when i reached out and explained i was told to reapply in which i done in August of 2023. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I'm order to leave a review I "had" to leave a start. The person in charge of the office is paid to do nothing. She doesn't fix flaws, doesn't check backgrounds, lets everyone consume weed inside and outside , doesn't fix complains, doesn't send the maintenance people,cockroaches everywhere, drug addicts all day long, shootings frequently. That person is not doing her job. Your tenants love low rent because they use their money to buy weed. These people are abusing the system.

I have been living here for some time now and as long as you stay to your self and mind your on business it's actually a great place to live. Me personally for it to be based on income the property isn't bad at all. I never got in trouble here because I work and take care of my kids.
