RUDEST OFFICE STAFF. I will NEVER rent with Spring Brook with the way their office staff handles inquiries! I called to inquire about one bedrooms coming available. Instead of saying ANYTHING to me the woman who answered, "Hello, this is Lulu" sounded to have mumbled something to someone else, or herself, after listening to my inquiry and then simply HUNG UP on me without saying a word. When I called back very confused to ask again when they had one bedrooms coming available she laughed and said "Honey I don't have anything"... read more
Put your kids name on the waiting list so when there 18 there able to rent here. Horrible customer service wouldn't want to live here based on that cant even imagine what it would take to get a maintenance request fufilled .
