She exceeded our expectations by answering all our questions and helping us pick the correct size as well as purchase a lock and key to keep our things safe. We appreciate all her help and would gladly go thru her again if we needed another unit. Thank you very much

We were in a unique & unfortunate situation when we found Springfield Secure Storage. Our adult son had recently been Hospitalized (& still currently is, 6 months later) His lease was up- so it then became up to us, to get our sons apartment packed up & find an affordable option to store his belongings. We got only a couple days notice, that his apartment needed to be vacated. Which just amplified the stress potential, of the situation..
