I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My dad is currently in Springs Valley Meadows. They're understaffed, I'm not really impressed with the care. The food is not very good, usually what's on the plate is not what they should have. They give them a menu and it's usually wrong, sometimes it's not even very good. It's a clean facility.
