My dad and I went in to buy him a new iphone (he still had an 8!), and we were fortunate enough to have Manny as our associate! He was hilarious and patient with my dad as he navigated the current tech. He answered all of my questions and even helped my dad bring his bill down a little bit. When I asked what the cost of a plan with unlimited text and data (I currently pay less than 50$ for my monthly plan with same unlimited text and data) would cost if I changed to T-Mobile and the sales clerks answered me with 100 and something (what kind of answer is that) I knew I was NOT giving my money to them every month, "a hundred and something" not only is that CRAZY expensive but what a lazy unproffessional unknowledgeable sales clerk. METRO MOBILES RATES ARE HALF WHAT THIS COMPANY IS CHARGING!

This location has the BEST employees! I went in to turn in an older phone and walked out with a lower monthly bill and a new tablet! They are high energy, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Dominic, Alexa, Josh, Sajayah, Brian and Manny are the A team! I highly recommend this location!
