DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. I went into this Tmobile store a year ago to switch from another provider. I wanted to save money. I was told that they wouldn't pay off my old devices but would send me two sets of gift cards after so many months of service with T Mobile which would reimburse me for the amount I'd paid off. They also told me I could get an ipad for "free" for my son, so I said fine. Nope. I paid off all my devices with my other provider (over $800) and never got a single gift card. This is the worst T mobile! The guy working there is rude and clearly hates his job. He is miserable and will make you miserable too! Don’t waste your time. I called if they had a phone in stock and they said confidently yes. I went all the way there and they didn’t! Terrible service and awful environment.
My dad and I went in to buy him a new iphone (he still had an 8!), and we were fortunate enough to have Manny as our associate! He was hilarious and patient with my dad as he navigated the current tech. He answered all of my questions and even helped my dad bring his bill down a little bit. He initiated the transfer between phones and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Manny!
