Great place to shop for phones and the service is great special thanks to the wonderful young lady Schneeke who helped me she went above and beyond to help me I will be back.
Very sloooooow service! They act like nobody else's time is valuable. Three-month old phone and nobody can hear me. Now I spend close to two hours to even have a tech look at it. At least the problem got taken care of efficiently once the tech looked at it.
Our experience with Wayne yesterday was eXTRODINARY! We were in the store from 12:22pm until approximately 2:35pm yesterday, 3/3/2017. If it wasn't for the honesty, intergerty, commitment to exceptional customer service we received from Wayne, I would literally dispise Sprint with everything in me.
