My husband signed up with Sprint at the beginning of the year. He went into the Sprint store at 26861 Aliso Creek Road, Aliso Viejo, CA; after several hours where he disclosed that he was a British citizen here for work and would be traveling out of the country to place including but not limited to China, South Korea, Russia, Germany and the United Kingdom the store representative assured him that he would be able to use his phone. DO NOT GO HERE! – Seriously, spend the time and go to the Irvine store. They are so much better there- nicer and more competent. From long lines, to poor management of resources, to huge mistakes resulting in losing data (i.e. all data wiped by "mistake" from my device), my experience was a disaster. In the end, all the manager could offer for such an experience and loss of my data was an apology.

Worst Service EVER by a cell phone company – Absolutely the worst service . I have 6 business lines with Sprint, pay for insurance on all phones, yet when I went to have a brand new phone that was defective replaced, they start giving me the run around. They carry no inventory, so every problem you have, they require you to go in, wait two hours minimum before they get to it (no rental or loaner phone option), then after their incompetent techs verify the problem, they will tell you to come back in four to five days, and wai... read more
