Terrible store, total rip-off. They just want to get you in a contract. they said my bill would be 170.00. the first bill was 300.00! the second bill three weeks later was 250.00 they said my activation fees were waived. they where till my second bill. I went back to the store and was told sorry we cannot help you call our 800 number. i call the number and they say sorry we won't help you go back to the store you got your service at.

Worst customer service ever and tried to rip me offf – This store is a horrible place to go they have men working there who try to make sales by flirting, sorry but an old man or young man isn't going to sell me a phone by telling me how good i look. Also the customer service with the females were horrible as well.I will never go to this store again and i would not even buy a phone from this store since they work on comission and none of these people should be making money off of us, go to a different store if you want a spr... read more

WORST EXPIERENCE OF MY LIFE THUS FAR!!!! :( – This was by far THE WORSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT customer service experience I have ever experienced in my entire life. I drove 2 hours to the clostest sprint store because my 7 week old phone is having severe mechanical issues even after I tried to have the phone replaced when the issue first surfaced after owning the phone for 3 weeks and taking it back to this store as it was the original place of purchase.
