Very rude customer service over the phone. I was trying to ask some questions about their app and my bill but the lady who helped (her idea of helping) me out kept cutting me off before I could speak or finish. Most of my questions weren't answered I then ask for the customer support number and she said that I could find it on the app, when I asked for her name she then proceeded to disregard me and act nonchalant saying “bye have a great day” when I tried calling back they refused to answer my calls until the 3rd call anoth... read more
Terrible service . These people aren't even trying to do their jobs. I'll give my money to someone who is more attentive to the customer .
Went in to get assistance upgrading a phone. Extemely helpful staff, knowledgeable about available deals and set my phone up so it was ready to go by the time I walked out. Can get busy at this location but worth the wait.
