Can not recommend the sprint store at all
I have been having a big problem with an order that I placed and went to an address that I have not lived at for over 5 years ago. I was assured that when you order in a sprit store in Reno NV, it will be delivered to that store and not sent to an address that is in another state. I was billed many times for the same items and now Sprint is treating to turn off my cell's if I don't pay for the items I don't have. Fast and friendly
It's ok Bern with Sprint for 5 years sum times It ok service is ok but customer service sucks And even the stores but they work with you And there not as bad as Verizon sucks
Been with Sprint for 9+ yrs they have been great with me n my cellphone plan is AWESOME. Definitely recommend them to family n friends and im definitely keeping them as my cellphone company there is no other cellphone company service with wht is in the plan I have now and the price is right and the customer service is AWESOME they get the point of ur problems n if u need to make arrangements with the past due there willing to work with u on the situation u have. Sprint is a fang good company
No refunds after 14 days, especially not on day 16. Seriously, not even if it busted. 16 days? No refund for you!
Never have an issue here. Its always busy though so be prepared to wait. The wait is worth it since they always help us so well
