This is my favorite location. Very nice and knowledgeable about Sprint and TMobile. Erick, Richie, Marcus, Le'Ani, and Michael have always made me feel better about my purchases and service. They are all very thorough and have patience.

Went into the store for an upgrade today and Abraham and Julia completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve never been to a T-Mobile so caring. They walked me through everything and answered my questions about everything too. Their customer service is 10/10. If I could give them 10,000 stars I would.
Luke was amazing! He had a great positive attitude and helped me purchase 2 watches and phones for me and my fiancé. He’s on top of his game when it comes to product knowledge and is super friendly. If your ever around ask for him. May the force be with you!
I ordered the Samsung 22 ultra and Carlos the manager helped me. He was nice and courteous. He was a big help, however he insisted there was no way of tracking the phone when I asked if there was a way. I was told it would take 2 to 3 business days. Day 3 I get my tablet but no phone. Day 8 and still no phone. I call the store and this woman answered. She was having a hard time looking up the info so I asked to speak to the one in charge which was THOMAS.
