Just off Eisenhower Parkway on Stone School Road we are less than a five-minute drive to Briarwood Mall, Buhr Park and the surrounding shops and dining.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Sarah when we were moving it. She not only made us feel welcome but stayed afterhours to assist us with the application, answered all of our questions, and addressed any concerns we had. We are grateful to have Sarah as the property manager at Spruce Knob. We also want to add that the apartment looks very modern, spacious, and clean. The complex has lots of beautiful landscaping and even a dog park.
I've lived here for 2 years, and I must say that the Management staff here is top notch, they really do care a lot. Korey the property Manager is a great guy and will go the extra mile with a smile. There is a genuine sense of community here thanks to his leadership. Also, I must say that the maintenance staff is awesome. They are on it! I highly recommend Spruce Knob apartments.
Sarah Wullner was amazing at helping r the new resident get over some hurdles and get her verified. She is very committed to helping individuals get housed. She also got it done in a timely manner.
Several signs on the Spruce Knob apartment property read “Welcome Home.” This is definitely the spirit of the management (Korey Brown-Murray) and his staff, especially Sarah. Korey has exceptionally positive people skills. Had a great experience with Sarah. She was able to help me move within a week time from first contacting her. The only downside is the highway noise, but that's only if you are right next to the woods and the apartment cannot do anything about that. Everythjng else is amazing!
