Several signs on the Spruce Knob apartment property read “Welcome Home.” This is definitely the spirit of the management (Korey Brown-Murray) and his staff, especially Sarah. Korey has exceptionally positive people skills. Edit: I’ve lived here for about a year now. It’s a fine place to live and they keep up appearances. However, it’s not perfect. In the entire year I’ve lived here, the pool hasn’t been open. There’s almost no communication from the office and it’s hard to get in contact with people. My AC has broken 3 times and when I talk to Spruce Knob admin or maintenance and reiterate what their contractor told me, they say they have no idea what I’m talking about. What I like best is the alacrity with which maintenance addresses a problem. They respond quickly, and they put in extra time (if needed) to get the job done. They've even jump-started my car on a few occasions! They're the best.

Honestly a very great area not a place you have to worry about safety. I’ve been here 3 years, I will say the one thing I truly like is the communication from Corey to April, to the top with Cassie all great people and communicate well. I have no picture but thank you!

Spruce Knob has been great. The maintenance staff is very on top of fixing things, and the staff working in the residential office is always extremely helpful when issues arise.
