I’ve enjoyed living here but something is seriously going wrong recently. I’ve had maintenance issues completely ignored for weeks and more. My garbage disposal needed replaced in the beginning of my lease and practically every month someone needs to do something to it. Edited 5 January 2026: Unfortunately, even more frustrated after living here for a while. I've had a couple maintenance requests that have been marked completed when they very obviously weren't. There's also a very loud noise from the pipes or water heater that happens multiple times a day, often for minutes at a time, when other tenants use their water - it's disruptive and can be heard loudly in every room of my unit. Until recently, my experience living at Spruce Knob has been mostly positive. I have been a resident for 3 years. Repairs to the air conditioners for my unit and three others have been ongoing now for 2 weeks, and my AC is still not functional. I moved into an apartment that already had two plumbing issues and was given the wrong mailbox key. It took them two months to have everything in order after multiple reminders. Some sort of issue with the plumbing would arise at least once every couple of months; sometimes management is fast but sometimes slow.
