Just off Eisenhower Parkway on Stone School Road we are less than a five-minute drive to Briarwood Mall, Buhr Park and the surrounding shops and dining.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Sarah when we were moving it. She not only made us feel welcome but stayed afterhours to assist us with the application, answered all of our questions, and addressed any concerns we had. We are grateful to have Sarah as the property manager at Spruce Knob. We also want to add that the apartment looks very modern, spacious, and clean. The complex has lots of beautiful landscaping and even a dog park.
EDIT: After putting out this review, I found out that McKinley would no longer honor the accommodations that were approved for us to terminate our lease and move to a larger apartment. We had put in a request for accommodations to end our lease early and move to a 2-bedroom apartment. But the community manager, Korey Brown-Murray, took so long with the process that 2 separate apartments were rented out from under us. Our rent went from $1400 to over $1600. My experiences living here has been amazing. The maintenance team is very professional and very fast. Manager Korey is also very nice to talk to. I think this is one of the best and most affortable plus safe place to live in Ann Arbor. Highlt reccomended.
Spruce Knob is a great place to live - I have lived here for last 1.5 years. The leasing office folks - Korey, Aprille and Sarah are very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend the place!
I've lived here for 2 years, and I must say that the Management staff here is top notch, they really do care a lot. Korey the property Manager is a great guy and will go the extra mile with a smile. There is a genuine sense of community here thanks to his leadership. Also, I must say that the maintenance staff is awesome. They are on it! I highly recommend Spruce Knob apartments.
