The nurses provided good care to my sister, however, they do not consequence residents for violent acts. They need to introduce some trauma informed programs for residents and staff and lateral violence. This will help everyone to understand eachothers needs in a more positive way. My sister was assaulted here and the other person got her meal and med times changed that's it. My sister had to move due to being afraid to live there. No one should be scared to live in there own home.
My mom lives here in absolute filth! Her rent includes housekeeping, what housekeeping? My mom's room is very dirty, from 1/4 inch thick dust, baseboards are disgusting 🫣 floors don't look like they have been washed in months! Don't even get me started about the bathroom and her piled up laundry! The housekeeping doesn't seem to do their job and nobody there cares! My sister lived at Sprucewood Place for over nine years where she received excellent care. The staff are truly caring and go above and beyond to help the residents. The activities are always varied and numerous. I was always confident, and at peace knowing that my sister was in good and capable hands. I highly reccomend Sprucewood Place.
Sprucewood Place staff are always available to help out when needed. Courteous, professional, well informed and approachable. Residents are fortunate to have stellar administration and health care team services!
I've already stopped several people from moving into this hell hole. The meaning of reach the money I need to move I'm out of here. Other tenants have moved out because of what I've had to say about the place.
