I had a legally singed two bedroom contract with this apartment complex and I was supposed to move in August 5th. My contract was signed back in March. When I called to move in to my apartment here in August 5th, they told me that I was not in their system and there was no two bedroom unit assigned to me. I told them that I had proof that I signed a contract with them from a few copies I had taken on my phone. Their business processes are antiquated and do not take into the fact on when they cause the financial problem. I set up the rent to be paid automatically through their web portal but it failed this fall. My daughter gets an eviction notice stating a balance due and then they charge court and lawyer fees. I tried to push the payment manually through their web portal but that failed as well.
