From the tree lined avenue at our entry to our two sparkling pools, St Charles Row is a beautiful community. All of our apartment homes were extensively renovated a few years ago and now include stainless steel appliances, faux wood plank flooring, plush carpet in the bedrooms, and upgraded cabinetry.

I have been here since September and here is my honest review and opinion. I love living here, the office and maintenance staff has been communicative, polite, professional, attentive and kind. They have been hard at work renovating and making these apartments more pleasant to live in. I am a previous and now returned resident of St. Charles. I’d like to state that the regrouped staff have changed the living environment here and continue to daily. Jay the leasing manager is amazing and supportive without judgment, takes action with resolving issues or concerns with ease. Walking in the office feels welcoming nowadays. Been here for a while n I love it. The people that work here are nice n professional. The people that live here are mostly cool a lot of people keep to themselves but sometimes people have get together at the fire pits. J in the office is very great because he listens n helps make sure things get done. Tim is cool too and he’s been working here for a long time and I think he’s the main maintenance guy. This rating is for the maintenance team. Specifically Jason, he has been to my unit on several occasions and has always taken care of my issue professionally. Thank you Jason. I also want to say thank you to Charlie as well who came to my aid on his day off and brought me a portable ac unit until they could properly figure out what was going on with my air conditioner. And I cant forget Jay in the office , who is probably the coolest guy you will ever meet that works here!! You make my stay here bareable 😇
