My daughter saw Dr Dauer from age 4 until she was an adult. She had to have surgery when she was 5, sinus, tonsils and adenoids. It was her 1st surgery and it was terrifying. She also had ongoing issues with her ears well into her teens. My daughter and I loved Dr Dauer, she literally supported both of us, especially during the 1st surgery. She took amazing care of my baby. I recommend her to everyone I know, and I know she will take great care of them.

The last time I was there for my sons appointment, staff stared at me while my son threw a fit and I was almost in tears... nobody offered to check me in fast so I could take my child outside or offered me a room so I could calm him down. Jenny Dehn was amazing though. She did help and offered me a room and some water to help calm both of us down! All my appointments and follow ups went very very well. No issues with anybody at this location. Everything seems to be going well. Will be checking back in six months.
Dr Dauer is great! I felt very informed before my procedure and my incision site looks beautiful only 2 weeks post op! I would recommend St Cloud ENT for care.
