I’ve spent thousands of dollars on surgeries at this practice and was consistently advised to get a hearing aid for over a decade. Now I’m told I need a new referral just to move forward with the same recommendation. It feels frustrating and makes little sense, especially after all the time and money I’ve invested here
The last time I was there for my sons appointment, staff stared at me while my son threw a fit and I was almost in tears... nobody offered to check me in fast so I could take my child outside or offered me a room so I could calm him down. Jenny Dehn was amazing though. She did help and offered me a room and some water to help calm both of us down! Dr.Cragle comes to Alexandria Alomere health bldg which is very convenient. He's so awesome,super friendly and also very caring. I wouldn't trade him for anyone else!
We have been to this clinic probably 20 times and every single time they are at least 30-60 minutes behind schedule for below average care. We have seen 4/6 providers and they have been dismissive about our concerns and generally just not helpful.
