Dr.Cragle comes to Alexandria Alomere health bldg which is very convenient. He's so awesome,super friendly and also very caring. I wouldn't trade him for anyone else!
The last time I was there for my sons appointment, staff stared at me while my son threw a fit and I was almost in tears... nobody offered to check me in fast so I could take my child outside or offered me a room so I could calm him down. Jenny Dehn was amazing though. She did help and offered me a room and some water to help calm both of us down! We have been to this clinic probably 20 times and every single time they are at least 30-60 minutes behind schedule for below average care. We have seen 4/6 providers and they have been dismissive about our concerns and generally just not helpful.
My son and daughter have seen doctors here in the past year. The doctors are great with kids, everything was explained well to us, and we've been really fortunate to be seen in a timely manner. This is an hour drive for us but we'd definitely come back if we have new needs to
