Took our baby girl Stormy late last and they took wonderful care of her. I've never had a bad experience.
I have birds and there are not many places that we can take them for care, we have always used St Francis and they have never disappointed. Dr Stanhope is amazing with birds. Thank you.
The vet and her assistant were very pleasant and knowledgeable! I am pleased with the service they gave my dog who I had to bring in for an emergency visit. I don't think the women at the front desk could have been any less friendly but luckily we didn't have to be in their presence much!
We took our sick Pitt in on Christmas night. He quickly turns into a 90 lb baby when he's at the vet, but they helped make him feel safe. The staff is soo compassionate and willing to just drop to the floor and talk him through the procedure, to save the pup and us from any unnecessary stress. Considering the after hour holiday and all the services he needed, the cost was very acceptable!
We took our 6 week old Lab puppy in yesterday for a check up and first round of shots. My appt was for 2:00. I got there 15 minutes early and was taken care of right away by the helpful, friendly staff. Dr. Tuason was wonderful, and took all the time needed to answer all our questions. The whole appt took about 20 minutes. I've always received wonderful service from the doctors and staff. We drive from Longview to St Francis so our 3 dogs can all receive the great care they give to their patients here. I know lots of people ... read more
