Took my poodle there this morning for possible ingestion of medication. I felt a coldness of staff. I could tell this wasn’t the right place for my sweet poodle. The assistant took her vitals and again she was cold and acted like I was bringing in a stuffed dog. They didn’t know when they could get to me even though when I came in the parking lot was empty and I was the only one in the lobby Eventually my vet was opened and I called them crying and saying where I was at. This hospital does NOT follow their Core Values listed on their website. My husband and I along with our sick dog did NOT receive Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Trust! I do not recommend that anyone take their beloved pets to this place!🤬🤬

Your prices are ridiculous!! We brought our dog in last night only to have to put him down. You want to charge me 84 to have my dog cremated and his ashes spread in a field. And over 400 to have him cremated and bring his ashes home. Why is there such a price jump to bring home ashes??? We always get our pets cremated and unfortunately due to your unfair pricing we weren't able to bring home our family pet. My kids are heartbroken.

I strongly Do Not Recommend that animal hospital. 0 responsibility, 0 respond to numerous calls, 0 care for sick animal. They just try to sell you something, not to care for sick animal. I am so disappointed from that place.

When you arrive the front desk people are rude and act like they hate being there and your arrive is bothering them. Then they take people ahead of you what should have been a few minute appointment was 45 mins .

Correct your client's email address. You keep using mine. I am not sure how many times I have to tell you that. The only reason I even bother to write to you ONCE AGAIN is that I feel for your client who does not get the messages that are meant for them

Brought my pup in Sunday at 5 am because we woke up to her having a seizure. They wanted to keep her for 24 hours, and itemized "Hospitalization-Intensive Care" on my estimate for $84.00. They also line itemed "Misc Charges" of $150, which I was told was to cover any treatment she needed during her stay. Turns out, the $84.00 is per calendar date, and a second $84.00 charge was used by the $150 misc funds. I should have been told that I was going to be charged two days from the beginning--it feels like shady business practic... read more

Let me start off by saying I have been coming to St. Francis for 15 years. In fact, one of my dogs was even born here. Over the years, I have recommended them to countless others. If I'd written this review a year or so ago, it would have been 5-stars. And the truth is I will continue to bring my dogs here ONLY because they're at the end of their lives and Dr. Stanhope is fantastic with them.
