I'm torn about this. The doctors we've dealt with there have been great. But the prescriptions they provide are marked up to the stratosphere, unconscionably high. I took our Cav in a few days ago for a possible UTI. That came back as confirmed... and I was then provided with a prescription of Clavamox 125MG ("amoxicillin trihydrate/ clavulanate tablets") 21 tablets total... for just under $50. My instinct at the moment told me that the cost was dramatically overpriced. We're talking about two different antibiotics com... read more

Negligent vets, techs and receptionists. Lie to your face about care that they aren’t doing. Charge HUGE amounts for procedures and medicines not needed. Botched work that they refuse to admit fault too. If you care about your pet, don’t take them here! After they put our pet at deaths door, they told us to euthanize her. The vet actually said, ‘I kill a lot of things.’ Are you kidding me?! You should be ashamed of yourselves! How you’re still able to practice is baffling.

Taking our dog to this veterinary hospital was a HUGE mistake! But, not having time to research our options due to the terrible accident that occurred and the immediate, emergency care our dog Bella needed, we picked this horrible place...Never...Again!! Friday night the 15th: My wife ran in with our 3 pound dog in her arms, crying. Our daughters were with us, both in tears. She frantically told them that she’d been doing compressions for 20 minutes, that our big dog ran over little dog and she was knocked out and looked to ... read more

All the front desk girl cares about is getting the money. We came in with a lifeless dog, bawling our eyes out and all we could hear was “I’ll take that deposit now” over and over. I’ve never felt less cared for in my life. She had zero sympathy for us. Never in my life have I seen such terrible service. Find ANYWHERE else to take your dog if it is dying because this place just wants your money, and they will stop all CPR if you don’t pay right away. CRVS, Banfield, go anywhere but here.

Cannot recommend this facility! Totally took advantage of us in our time of need. We were willing to pay anything to save our dogs. Literally 400% markup on supplies, and charges for services not rendered. Then, since they do not have an orthopedic surgeon they released them 3 days and close to 5,000 later with a referral to a surgeon who refused to treat them, he considered their surgeries too complicated. What kind of Emergency Animal hospital doesn't even have an orthopedic surgeon at least on call? Our dogs are o... read more

My pup ran out of meds for seizer medication and so I put in for a refill. They denied it because he was due for a checkup which was $250 with a blood draw. So they refused to give me 2 days with of meds to hold him over until I got paid. So it's better that he could have a seizer...... rather then give him 2 more days worth of meds???? He has been on meds for 5 years now so come on really?
