As a lifelong victim of root canals, I can confidently say that the recent one by Dr. Sullivan was not anything like the others. His skill and gentle confidence, along with his capable assistant’s help, made the experience a breeze. What a nice surprise.

Honestly, this was equivalent to a Spa treatment, honestly! Dr Sullivan is calm with a soothing voice just right for a scareddy dental patient like myself, asks the right questions beforehand, puts you at ease throughout, very good at injections which I am always nervous about and I rate him 5 Stars on his superb technique, hardly a pinch! I had to have an emergency root canal and this office was able to see me within 2 hours of calling. I saw Dr. McClure and he was thorough, informative and caring. Stephanie ( his assistant) was also great. They both made me feel as comfortable as I could be. The office staff was friendly and very accommodating to my needs. If I ever HAVE to have another root canal this will be the place I will go, without hesitation.

Not a fan of any dentistry work done in my mouth due to past experiences so I was a nervous ninny when I found out I needed a root canal. But from the time i walked into St John's Endodontics till the I left I was treated with the friendliest staff, esp Stephanie and Dr McClure! Dr McClure mannerism was perfect, and he took the time to tell me step by step what he was doing during the start to end of procedure, and what i would be feeling, which def helped. I actually saw Dr. Alexander McClure at the St. Johns, Florida location. He was so kind and helpfully explained everything during and after the procedure. It was a last minute root canal, and I was panicking because I had to go to Japan in two days! They worked me in the same day I called, and the procedure took less than an hour. Dr. McClure called me later just to check up on me. The only reason I do not give them a "5 star" is it was very expensive when you don't have insurance; over $1100!

I went in for a root canal and found that the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and the procedure was painless and relatively fast. The assistant Steph, who helped during my procedure, deserves some real praise for her friendly and outgoing demeanor.

Dr Mclure, with Shilo assisting recently performed a major two appointment root canal on me. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the caring and professionalism that they displayed. As soon as I walked in the door I new was in great hands. The staff at the front desk was just as amazing, making me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I never thought you could have a pleasant experience getting a major root canal, but you can at St Johns Endodontics.

I went to Dr Sullivan at the 210 office and he did a fantastic job with my root canal. I have a jaw problem where I cannot open my mouth very wide but he was able to make it work! Procedure was fast and painless. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. His assistant Steph was wonderful! Highly recommend the team!
