Rob was who we spoke to with our concerns, he answered all of our questions & explained everything that needed to be done, he is very knowledgeable in his field. I have been looking for a termite company and I chose the best one! Rob is dependable and I can trust his word. One trap was damaged and true to his word Rob came yesterday and replaced the trap even though I was gone all day. Rob knows the termite business and has years of experience. I know I can trust him and that's very important to me. Thank you for a good job!
