Very rude front desk person named Katie. I’m not sure why you put an uneducated person with no experience running an office. Certain providers including Ann Fons & Dr.Slezka are extremely rude. I’ve heard there are also very unsafe nursing practices taking place in that office. I would look else where.
Receptionist is very rude and acts like she is bothered you called. The other staff and Drs. are excellent in their care and never have shown any other care but professional. After coming off a substantial hold concerning an insurance issue, I was given the info needed and when I thanked her I got a very abrupt "yup" and the phone slammed in my ear.
As a referral to the NY Heart Center, I was seen by Dr Slezka. He is knowledgeable, calm, patient, and very caring. The entire staff was friendly, yet professional, and each patient was treated with respect and kindness. Impressed how the office functioned like a "well oiled" machine.
Dr. Fritz Roc is a great Dr./ Surgen I was very lucky to find myself in his care. TY Jesus..
