I got great care from nurses and.nurse practitioner in cardiac dept. However I was disappointed that cardiologist that did my TAVR didn’t talk to me postoperative but sent a substitute Dr. Also after aid came to take me to lobby after I was discharged I was taken to floor two where I was put in an unlit area and told that is release procedure. It was spooky. I complained and a man came and talked some nonsense. Then the volunteer took me down to lobby. Whole process sounded like a scam being attempted.

If I could rate this hospital a zero I would. My mother received the absolute worst care possible from incompetent medical staff. The room was filthy and the staff were rude and dismissive towards my mom's needs. My mom was discharged from the hospital with a clean bill of health and ended up passing away 3 days later. They couldn't get her out of the hospital fast enough. The case workers were the absolute worst. They had no communication skills whatsoever and couldn't of made my mother feel worse. They kicked me out of their emergency room while I was internally bleeding and refused me health services. Then proceeded to tell everyone I thought I was more important
