If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I dropped my mom off here at 4pm on Thursday (1/15/26), it took 10hrs before she had a room. The ER nurse who tried to give her a IV blew right through the vein several times and then walked away before verifying she found it. Her arm started blowing up like a water balloon since they were pushing fluids into her arm instead of the vein. They were very rude and careless. Went to the ER afraid and concerned about my medical condition. Waited nine hours to be seen, finally went in and met Dr. Patel, he did an exam that took two seconds, and when it didn’t produce immediate results he didn’t look further into the issue I was having, and dismissed me stating I just needed to ‘drink more water’. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous and far longer than other ER’s. I literally was in the waiting room for more than 12 hours overnight. They called me to the back, started an IV and fluid, and sent me back to the waiting room. There were multiple people hooked up to an IV in the waiting room. I feel that is unprofessional and unsanitary. This has happened 3 times now and the ONLY reason I return is because my cardiologist works in this hospital so it’s much easier when they have my history.

Waited over 7 hours in the waiting room to be evaluated after blacking out. There were still several people waiting that were there hours before me. When I asked about the wait I was told “this is normal”. I have worked in EMS for years…this is absolutely NOT normal! This is unacceptable. Never going back.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to report an unacceptable experience I had at your Emergency Room on Saturday, June 21, 2025. I arrived around 8:00 PM, three months pregnant, with a severe headache, nausea, and vomiting. I needed urgent care that was safe for my pregnancy. Although I was quickly checked in for billing (within 5 minutes) and triaged (within 30 minutes), I was left waiting for hours without receiving any medical attention.
