Would give zero stars if possible. Scheduled a new patient appointment over 2 weeks ago, confirmed all reminders and completed forms, only to get a call less than 2 days before the appointment to tell me the doctor has accepted her last new patient and that I'm SOL. Terrible service and communication, and now I have to find another doctor accepting new patients, wait weeks to SIX MONTHS before I can see someone.....and even then they might cancel on me a day before and tell me good luck. This office should be ashamed.
Dr Fox and Dr Planer are extraordinary Doctors. I feel lucky to have them over see my care and my sons. I’ve been a patient of Dr Fox for maybe 6 years now and have always felt comfortable and cared for. She really hears what I say and I believe cares for my overall well being with her listening, answers and medical advice/suggestion. Dr Planer is great and has also overseen my care and my sons. These are two of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered in my life and feel as if I won the Dr jackpot with these two.
I am unhappy that you do not update your website. It says taking new patients. I called today and they said oh none of our primary care physicians are taking any new patients. So let’s take it off your website and update. Thank you.
Two days before my appointment, after I had already signed in and everything online, they called and cancelled my appointment, telling me the doctor wasn’t seeing new patients. (Just kidding! Haha. You don’t really have an appointment. And we’ll tell you last minute) I had already made arrangements for this appointment and they don’t have any other doctors or appointments available. This is so unprofessional.
Waited about 10-15 min to get a receptionist. When she connected it sounded like a boiler room, ppl all talking at the same time. I could hear several conversations by nearby reps. So it was very hard to hear what was said by my rep. Poor experience, they could do better.
