Terrible experience here. My heavily pregnant wife delivered food for them and they were extremely rude to her and didn’t tip her. She is very professional and respectful. I am very disappointed seeing people being rude and disrespectful especially to a heavily pregnant woman. Would put 0 stars if I could
Been a patient here for over 10 years and generally have not had any issues. However, I recently had some blood work done that showed elevated values and have been struggling to get a hold of anyone to discuss what the next steps should be. Tried contacting my PCP, and I was scheduled a telemed conference...which got postponed. I had to fight to get an in person meeting to discuss this sooner. Long waitvtimedespite being in terrible u bearable organ, gut, spine agony w chills, sweats, severe weakness, winded, swollen up. Dr Ivers was rude, talked over me every time I tried to share or answer. He was condescending n took much effort to bash my various previous experts. He wanted to know why I went to different places, how much I spent. I've been at this practice for many many years. I've had multiple Doctors. Most have been amazing with the exception of a few. The nurses are usually very friendly and nice, if a bit rushed. I currently see Jessica Palmero and my family absolutely loves her. She makes us comfortable and really sits and listens. I'm sure she's had her off days but usually she is wonderful.
I've been going to Cicero location for 3 years. I've had no issues when calling to make an appointment, After my appointment I schedule my next appointment. I have felt welcome by the staff, nurses, MA, doctors and now Jessica Palmiero (PA) since my doctor moved out of Onondaga county. Jess is a bright light in this world! I'm so grateful I chose to see her after my doctor moved out of the area.
