Just tried calling to get an appointment and because I haven’t been there since 2021 I am no longer a patient. The next available appointment for a “new” patient isn’t until March of 2026 (today’s date is 10/13/2025). The reason I haven’t been there in 4 years is because every time I get sick, they can’t see me for 2-3 weeks and tell me to go to Urgent Care. What kind of b/s operation are they running there?
This is doctor’s office should be ashamed of themselves they do not put there patients first at all. Everytime I have reached out to them regarding treatment for what I am going through the staff is very rude argumentative towards me and I never hear back from them/ managers I asked to speak to regarding my situation. They are aware that I have not been feeling well and that I need to see a specialist but are not helping me to do so. If a patient god forbid fall ill do to there lack of care they will be responsible.
One of the worst time managing hospital. They kept me waiting over the time for 5 mins evaluation. I would recommend to visit any Well Now urgent care instead of this hospital.
You can quickly get an appointment for general care and they have an on-site laboratory services, CAT scan, etc
I don't normally leave reviews especially for medical providers but my experience has been so bad that I want to warn others. The doctors are fine, but the administration and customer service is the worst I've ever experienced at a doctor's office. They didn't bill my insurance for my first visit; they didn't have my follow-up visit in their system six weeks later despite the fact that I had the hand-written appointment reminder card in my hand; and they didn't send my prescription refill to CVS like they said they did so no... read more
