Unbelievably unfriendly towards my 80+ yrs old mother ! Even the lady Dr was rude ! My mom cannot walk few steps ,without stopping for few seconds,due to disabilities.it was snowing and we were late for 20 minutes due to slow traffic and mom’s disability .they refused to see her ! It took soo much effort for her to go there in bitter cold .but their staff & esp their dr didn’t care !! This hospital is the best medical facility around this area. We have been coming to this facility for about 10 years now for regular check up ( primary physician ) blood work, X-rays, covid-19 and flu shots are also available. My wife is regular here for checkup and gynecologist. They have been superb for taking care of her. This hospital is super clean, open parking all around the hospital. This place should get a 5 star, some of the nurses there are amazing and have been helping me so well through my pregnancy! Especially dr Thomas she is so great, my daughter loves her! Emily and Marissa as well are very kind. I was in so much pain, and Emily and Marissa called me to make sure I was okay and Emily really calmed me down, I was really scared feeling serve pain and she relaxed me. Thank you! I think Trinity bought this outfit. St Josephs at Taft road used to be the absolute worst experience you could ever have in a medical facility. Staff quitting constantly your kids PCP is different every visit because they leave. Never get through on the phone. I would always physically go there to get anything done because no one would answer the phone or ever call you back. Scheduling was also a year out at all times. The receptionists are ruder by the year. The providers have always given me what I’ve needed but seem to rush you to get out and aren’t too thorough. In terms of actual care, I keep coming here for that as a patient of 10+ years. Just sucks dealing with the receptionists before I’m seen.
