We had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Dr. Sarah Marsh is amazing very caring, patient, and thorough. She made my son feel comfortable and did a complete, gentle check-up. I also want to thank the nurse who works with Dr. Marsh she was fantastic with my son during the vision and hearing tests, very kind and professional. Highly recommend this clinic and their team!
1. Do not go here. 2. If you do go here, don’t even bother showing up if you are 7 minutes late or more, they won’t see you. It does not matter if you call ahead if there is an emergency (they probably won’t answer anyway) because they have zero compassion and the reception is extremely rude. I was 9 minutes late for an appt, after trying to call and get through, and they wouldn’t even let the doctor know I was there, after waiting another 10 minutes to call me up to tell me this. There is a certain receptionist that needs to be fired. She's VERY rude. When I call to set up an appointment she tells me that the doctor will call me when she wants to see me! What crap is that? When you try calling, they don't want to answer the phone and IF they answer they put you on hold and forget about you. I try to see my family doctor and I am always scheduled with someone else.
Reception is in full control of this practice. They act like they don’t want you to be seen and do everything possible to give you a hard time to see your doctor. Terrible attitudes and enjoy giving people bad news. It makes their day to tell patients they can’t get what they need. They automatically assume the answer to everything is “No”. Act like signing people in and clicking a couple buttons is more important than your health. Good luck getting the golden ticket from a secretary to see a Doctor.
I very rarely will write reviews, but I was so shocked by the reception of this staff that I genuinely feel bad not warning others about this practice. I simply called because I am newly graduated and looking for a new PCM. Before I could even finish my sentence I was interrupted and simply told “No”, then hung up on. I am not sure what sort of background the women working at reception have here, but it certainly isn’t in hospitality. I feel for anyone who has to speak with them on a regular basis.
