Dr. Beale is amazing to work with! He is kind, knowledgeable, and really listens to his patients. It is the first time I’ve ever felt comfortable with a dermatologist. He listened to my concerns and built a treatment plan tailored to me and my skin’s needs. I will never go anywhere else!
I would give 10 stars if I could. The office is beautiful and comfortable. The staff and providers are top notch. Everyone in the office is kind and truly cares about the well being of their patients. The providers work meticulously to provide personalized, professional, and cosmetically pleasing care. Staff is respectful, nice and friendly. They run on time and office is very clean. Jennifer is wonderful and very thorough. She explains everything in great detail. Would definitely recommend!
Let me start off with the fact that I firmly believe in “doctor shopping” and trying different providers. This office has gained a loyal patient! I could not recommend them more. The front office and medical staff was positive and pleasant, which can make or break an office/provider experience. They were wonderful! Dr. Swafford was professional while also being warm and personable. She was thorough and listened to and addressed all concerns we had. We will be going here for all future dermatology needs!
I’m a new patient and was very impressed with my entire visit. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant. I saw Jennifer Swofford and she took the time to listen to all my questions. I have never been to a dermatologist office so didn’t really know what to expect. She was amazing! I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends. I didn’t have the opportunity to meet Dr. Beal this time but have heard good things about him.
