Worst front desk reception service in healthcare system. All the front desk member were busy on talking and chatting. Does not care about patients or their families time I was there 10 minutes earlier than my appointment. Time Text message. I asked the girls and they says oh my time was for late. I requested a blood lead level test for my child multiple times because the school requires the results. The clinic told me the test was done, but later admitted they had no record of performing it. I was kept waiting for hours with no clear answers, no order printed, and no access to results. Front desk staff could not provide any documentation and said the supervisor was unavailable. They have not changed even after relocating. My kid appointment was 3pm and only two people were ahead of me. I waited for an hour, and another 30 minutes at the back to see the doctor. I was the last to leave, from 3pm to 5:06pm. They don’t apologize for keeping you waiting. They have zero respect for time. They don’t answer phones or send a reminder. I only got a call day of my appointment.

I was there for my daughter for her flu shot vaccine. We were there at12:00 pm and it's 1:51 pm she doesn't got her vaccine yet. It's always like this here since 8 years. We left from there without getting flu shot because my daughter was starving. I ask doctor a favor that can he or someone able to provide her some kind of snacks, crackers or juice anything and he said we r sorry we don't have anything here. Wow!!

At 75, I took a different approach. My doctor retired. I was looking for a new one. It's a challenge. Either not taking new patients, concierge, old enough to retire, etc. Requirement was that s/he be an MD affiliated with St. Mary Langhorne. I found one but learned that he ran a clinic more or less. I decided to go for it - St. Mary Family Medicine Bensalem. I was assigned a resident. Very efficient operation. Trinity health, online access to charts, bloodwork, texting. Very thorough exams.
