My sister, recently diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimer's and had a couple bad falls and it was suggested that she go to rehab/ nursing home for a while. I had the option of refusing a rehab facility and have home health care. What a blessing!! They were wonderful with her and did anything and everything to help her and me, as her care giver. Every available help was given to us with the utmost love, care, kindness and honesty. They all were a blessing from God. No nursing home and they got her better and stronger. This is an extremely difficult process to go through with anybody. I will pray for you going through this journey. I went to the right place and hope you do the same. Jessica who is the head of the department as well as being a nurse herself will do everything possible to insure your loved one is comfortable. Whether it is her or one of her nurses everyone is very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. My home health care team of Susan, Wendy, and Gennadiy has been outstanding. They definitely contributed to me having a positive recovery from knee replacement surgery. They consistently demonstrated professionalism and exceptional caregiving skills . I would highly recommend Trinity Health at home care for others.

I was connected with St. Mary Home Care/Hospice for a period of time, and I feel families deserve full transparency about what they may experience. Throughout my connection with this program, I observed extremely high staff turnover, inconsistent communication, and frequent changes in roles and responsibilities. I would highly recommend Andrey as a physical therapist. He worked with my mother at home and truly went above and beyond in her care. From the beginning, he carefully designed exercises that were tailored specifically to her needs, always keeping in mind her low stamina and the challenges she faces with arthritis in her back and both knees.
