My home care nurse Sabrina is just exceptional! On a scale of 1 to 10 she's an 11. I had excellent care from my home nurse, nursing aide, OT and PT while i recuperated from my hospitalization. All were able to work with my schedule and one was usually prompt, courteous and acted professionally at all times. Each one addressed the specific issues I was confronting and achieved set goals the best of my current abilities. My sister, recently diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimer's and had a couple bad falls and it was suggested that she go to rehab/ nursing home for a while. I had the option of refusing a rehab facility and have home health care. What a blessing!! They were wonderful with her and did anything and everything to help her and me, as her care giver. Andre especially was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and supportive every step of the way. He always took the time to address our concerns and brought such a positive presence into our home. The kindness and dedication truly meant a lot to our family.
