I have had great and passionate care every time I wet here. ED personnel are top shelf. Sometimes there is a wait. But patients are see on a priority basis. I have empathy for those whose experienced difficulties there. Anyway, there were some interesting guests at the hospital on the roof near the cell tower equipment.
Great care in the pediatric emergency department. Doctor Julio was phenomenal! And Nurse Donna was very attentive. The unit clerk was also a great help. I don’t know about the adult ER or the management.
Communication is key and they lack it. If they are busy or short staffed, say it. Not everyone complains and aren't accommodating. Long wait times and poor management. Avoid this hospitalEmergencyRoom, there are much better options to be treated like a human being. The clinical team is mostly competent but that is dwarfed by the mismanagement by administration. What a shame, this used to be such a great hospital to have nearby and now its a disgrace. Hopefully, they get a new, better management team who can help the care teams shine bright, like they used to.
