I went in for an MRI and it was such a pleasant experience, as much as an MRI can be pleasant. I was greeted by a very cheerful woman who walked me through the sign-in process. I only waited about 10 minutes before I was called back for the procedure where the radiology tech took the care to answer all my questions and make sure that I was safe to have the procedure. Great experience with the MRI Team at St. Mary’s imaging. The girls were amazing and kept me at ease. I had a fairly long, multiple MRI of my spine and they were excellent. They kept me warm and comfortable. My contrast injection was quick and smooth, didn’t even feel it. Music was good and loud enough to keep me distracted as well, this is important if these things freak you out! I could not have asked for a better experience with such an emotional visit. Laurie, Ashley, and Courtney were very sweet, informative, gentle, and accommodating before, during, and after my procedure. They made me as comfortable as possible with sure a challenging contraption (MRI machine) and I did as much as possible to accommodate them by moving into the most awkward positions to complete the testing and biopsy. Amazing and highly professional personal!!!! Went above and beyond to make sure that they can perform a safe MRI for my child by adding x-ray study for her. Walked us to the different wing of the hospital for x-ray and back. That was the best service ever in my life. Thank you so much.
The nurses did great job, Even ask me if I wanted a blanket because it was cold in the hospital. They made my MRI experience a great one. Thank you!!!!
