Jennifer is great! Very helpful with any problems you may have. Kellie is just a ray of sunshine every time we see her. Dr Steadham is just AWESOME!! He is so knowledgeable and very personable. He makes you forget you are at the doctor.
Sorry to be negative. But I have never been so poorly treated by any medical office staff the way I was today with people. I live 15 minutes away, and started a 7:30AM to get there, but with the freeze last night, the traffic was horrible.. I called to confirm it -- as they asked me to do. They did not pick up the phone -- I called several times (since the Friday receptionist told me to do so) and no one answered. I had my 6 month checkup today with Dr. McSwain. Dr. McSwain is very thorough in checking on how I have been doing since my last checkup. She follows up on action items from previous visit. She checks current conditions and makes recommendations if any are needed. She takes time to address my concerns and questions.
Our Visit to St Mary’s Neurology was Great. Dr Steadham was very Good! He took time to really listen and to explain everything in detail and in a way that makes it easy to understand. The VA sent my husband there and we are so glad they did. We feel that my husband is in Good hands! We would gladly recommend Dr Steadham and St Mary’s Neurology! As an added plus everyone in the office was also Great as well. They treated us very well and very friendly!
Dr. Schreckinger is great. She explains things thoroughly and talks about multiple treatment options to help you choose the one that’s right for your personal situation. The appointment has never felt rushed and it is easy to contact her team via phone between appointments. The only thing I’ve ever disliked about the appointment is if I bring a parent/grandparent in with me, even though I’m 21, she will direct questions about my recent medical history, current symptoms, and treatment options to them instead of me.
