Total jerks who have NO CLUE what customer service is. You will be REQUIRED to fill out a lengthy questionnaire (along with the standard pages of legal docs). Again, that is a full page QUESTIONNAIRE, where they ask a multitude of mundane, yet PERSONAL, questions like "Where do you live?"
