If you think that renting a storage unit should be a pleasant and simple experience, then LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! This place is run by the most UNFRIENDLY people EVER! Total jerks who have NO CLUE what customer service is. You will be REQUIRED to fill out a lengthy questionnaire (along with the standard pages of legal docs). Again, that is a full page QUESTIONNAIRE, where they ask a multitude of mundane, yet PERSONAL, questions like "Where do you live?"
