Should be O stars,Saw Dr.Chasin and he did nothing. They called me after an ER visit. Told them I didn't want to see Dr.Chasin and they made an appointment with Dr Afrida. When I arrived they checked me in with the new doctor. However the nurse insisted my appointment was with Chasin again. Well the Dr.Afrida didn't want to help me and again Chasin didn't help me, not even a B12 shot. Saratoga Hospital came thru with a doctor in 2'days who has already helped me a lot!!!!!
This place is a joke . Been going to clifton park family practice for 20 years and I will no longer waste my time and patience. First , I was in an automobile accident and went for a check the day after the accident . The doctor said your cat scans look good and there’s nothing I can help you with have a good day . Bottom line was I had whiplash , which I’ve had 2 surgery’s to fix , herniated a disk in my lower back and got carpel tunnel on my none dominate hand . Good think the cat scans looked good ? Both my husband and I switched medical practices and came here. We loved them. I saw the NP, he saw the MD. The front staff was so nice, have a sense of humor and were timely. The nurse was very nice. I really liked the NP and my husband said he liked the Dr. I believe we found the place for us.
The scheduling department refused to call my "husband" just that; she referred to him in speech and WRITING as my "boyfriend". He hasn't been my "boyfriend" in 32 years, but she called him that, even though I had corrected her. LGBTQ-IA folks know this as the familiar passive aggressive, homophobic dig (and a form of discrimination under NY STATE LAW). I am putting this out there before she dead-names a transperson.
Cancelled my appointment twice. Go somewhere else where they won't lie about availability. Your health is more important than their business model.
