Called and asked if they were open today. Person on phone said yes, confirmed address, and said they were open until 4 pm, just like it said on the website. Got to the lab. Lights were out. Doors were locked. Typical of what I have come to expect from St. Peter's. What a garbage organization. Don't care if you live or die. Just care that you have insurance. Avoid at all costs.
When I arrived 13 people ahead of me. Only one staff member working. She processes paperwork then same person takes you back and did blood work. Very frustrating.
Chikia who did my blood draw was fantastic! I have really small veins and it usually take several trys. Chikia was done and I barely even felt it. She was also pleasant and friendly. Great client service!
Went there for blood draw for VA disability claim. Took my paperwork and proceeded to bill my personal insurance instead of VA. Didnt even ask for my insurance card but they apparently found my name in their network and billed me directly. Now I gotta pay out of pocket. When I called they told me nothing I can do because I dont have paperwork, WHICH THEY TOOK. Thanks for nothing.
Very crowded, long wait. Trinity Health (formerly St. Peter's Health Partners) keeps closing and shutting services down because they don't want to hire or pay staff, all while terminating others, and crying budget cuts. They have no care for patients, just the monies they can siphon out of the community. Took almost two hours to be seen for my blood draw. Staff was competent, but, they didn't exude the warmth that one used to associate with St. Peter's services, but, than again, a crowded waiting room isn't conducive to that... read more
