Was told by St Peter’s Pre-op that I needed to get bloodwork done by this lab and also told I could just walk in, no appointment needed. Got here at 3pm, took number 83 -they were on number 77 so thought great not a long wait. It has now been over an hour and the number is only on 79. Two people in an hour and 15 mins - LONG WAIT. My pregnant Fiancé went to get blood drawn. Had her wait for 2 hours just not to take her scheduled appointment. The male receptionist wasn’t even there for a whole hour.
Got here before 7, and was second in line and no one has been called outside the first for over 30 minutes, we were second in line. Everyone is sitting they could have gotten through at least 4-5 at this point. Quite disappointing and not professional. I would suggest another location.
Went for blood test on Sept.13, 2025. Waited for 2.5 hours. The two women working there obviously are not happy about their job. Rude and unprofessional. Please stop DEI hiring. Hire people with skills who love their job.
I have used this lab for quite a while now and they were always fast and efficient. Recently, however, they have gone down hill dramatically. The staff has entirely turned over and there were only 2 technicians drawing blood and one person sitting at reception the last time I went. The intercom/speaker used for announcing numbers to call patients no longer works and they sit in another room and scream the numbers, but still patients in the waiting room cannot hear the numbers being called.
