Everyone here is absolutely lovely!!! Everyone knows what they're doing, and the technicians all seem genuinely concerned about patient comfort. Couldn't recommend a better sleep center! If you're going in for a polysomnography or MSLT, I found the beds to be quite comfortable, but you may want to bring your own blankets and pillows if you're accustomed to them. If it's too warm, the windows can be opened.
Do not use them.. Been a patient for over 10 years, now I have to make office appointment for basic parts and consumables on a yearly basis. The say its "law" or Insurance required or whatever...........I called them on it No Law! No Insurance requirement I checked with insurance company! The employees are given false statements to propagate to patents to drive office visit revenue period. I call to get part numbers for my machines filters and I am given the machine name and told to look for them on the internet......... I a... read more
Absolutely the worst experience I ever had in a medical facility. After waiting almost a month and a half for my first appointment, I had to wait another month for my follow-up that could have been done a week after my first. Make my appointment in time only to wait 45 minutes in the lobby and then be told I have to reschedule because they never checked me in properly. But then the person after my appointment didn't show up, so they had an opening, but noooooo the provider decided to have two openings with nothing to do jus... read more
Friendly staff. My doctor always lets me ask all the questions I have, and the front desk people are very nice.
