I saw someone else posted about their experience and I feel compelled to do the same. I also filed a complaint against Stacey Berry in Summer of 2023. I filed internally with LifeStance rather than with the state. They seemed to take my concern seriously, but do want others to be warned as I’m not sure what came of it. I wouldn’t recommend my friends to meet with this provider, and most certainly not my female friends.
I had two appointments with Stacy Berry at LifeStance in October 2023. I filed a formal complaint with the Oregon State Board of Nursing the first week of November. That is the only regulatory agency that can sanction him. The case is pending.
